![]() you employees also need player interaction training. this is not the first time promotions has screwed up and let down their clients. my question to promotion management is why wasnt the info on the kiosk at 8am and why did you not make sure you had enough gift cards. so i hurried up and played the 250.00 free play. supervisor looked away and i said are you listening to me and she said yes, but did not answer me. i said so you are denying the entitled gift card to high ranked players but giving them to low ranked players. she asked the supervisor and she also refused. i explained i had to leave and they would not give me the gift cards they clearly had left in lower denominations. the kiosk indicated i would get a 250.00 wawa gift card but there were none left and i would get free play. she cleary had envelopes of gift cards in front of her as she was giving them to other people. she checked my account and said i was eligible and to print a ticket at the kiosk and come back. i asked them if there is a giveaway and the young lady said yes, gift cards. played and than had to leave when i saw people at the promotions desk. ![]() she was pregnant so i thought maybe she is tired and let it go. ![]() i went to the rewards desk and there was one women there and i asked her if they were still mailing books and if there was a promotion giveaway today. ![]()
